# Shipping Policy — SoulScript Unlimited

## Made to order, then shipped to you

Every item is printed on demand after you place your order — nothing sits on a shelf. Here's how timing works:

- **Production time:** typically 2–7 business days while your item is printed with care.
- **Transit time:** standard shipping times apply once your order leaves the facility. You'll receive tracking information by email when it's available.

## Where we ship from

Our fulfillment partner, Printful, prints and ships from facilities across the United States and internationally. Your order ships from whichever facility can fulfill it best, and tracking is provided whenever the carrier supports it.

## Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We don't mark up shipping — you pay exactly what fulfillment costs.

## Delays

Production or shipping can occasionally run longer during busy seasons (holidays, we're looking at you) or due to weather and carrier delays. If your order is taking noticeably longer than expected, email us at karrieanne76@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.

## Wrong address?

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — once an order is in production we usually can't reroute it. If you catch a mistake right away, contact us immediately and we'll do our best.

## International orders

We currently ship to addresses served by our fulfillment partner's network. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
